The most exciting way to explore the surrounding areas, including the divine Ocean Beach and wildlife on the island, is on a 4WD. Please note: a vehicle permit is required to access the Bribie Island Recreation Area.
Woorim Beach is Brisbane's safest surf beach and is the perfect place to enjoy with your friends and family. Take advantage of the barbeque facilities and picnic areas at the beach, as well as the playground and skate park.
Sylvan Beach is one of the island's most family-friendly attractions due to its safe swimming features that is located very close to a picnic and barbeque area, along with playgrounds and toilets. You can bring your own boat or hire a boat to explore the island by sea. If you don't catch anything for lunch, don’t worry, there are many nearby cafes.
Moreton Bay Region is the place to discover everything from natural wonders to fantastic culinary experiences.
The Glass House Mountains are a group of thirteen hills that rise abruptly from the coastal plain on the Sunshine Coast. You can take a leisurely drive through the Glass House Mountains National Park, stopping at picturesque lookouts along the way or get your blood pumping with some hiking, rock climbing or abseiling.
Take a short drive to the iconic Australia Zoo. Home of the late Steve Irwin, the zoo has become a famous Queensland destination. It is home to over 1,200 animals from overseas and several Aussie favourites. There are exciting shows, exhibits and activities for the whole family!
“I camped here staff were so friendly and helpful, nice clean park, great for kids, good clean amenities. oven never worked though only heated to 100 only good for reheated already cooked food but no other issues Ile be back with my son again soon.”

“Wonderful accommodation, all that was needed, we had a small cabin for 2. Clean, good-sized fridge freezer for Xmas food. Very family oriented, swimming pool, playground. Easy access to the beach for swimming and walks, IGA, local eateries, great skate park nearby also. We had plenty of coffee/tea essentials complete with milk. Linen was supplied and very adequate. We were very happy with this place as holiday accommodation and will be back in a few weeks.”

“Camped here at a tent site with our 3 and 5 yr olds. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and very much looking forward to returning for another stay. Park is kept exceptionally clean, very well maintained gardens, fantastic facilities such as large BBQ area with its own herb, veggie garden. Heaps for the kids. Tennis court, putt putt golf, arcade, games room and really nice pool with shade up kids end. The park has a great retro feel, is kept in great shape, very clean, super friendly staff ( and even friendly permanent residents we met ) great location, so close to beach and shops etc. Wish there were more parks like this still around! I remember holidays at parks like this when i was a kid. My kids will definitely remember this place fondly! Thanks guys! 5 star all the way!”

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at Bribie Island Caravan Park.
No problems! We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. If you’ll be arriving after-hours, please contact reception beforehand so that they can make arrangements for you.
